Maxie Njuguna is a passionate force driving youth development, community transformation, and social enterprise across Africa. With an ambitious vision to raise $100 billion for education by 2065, he masterfully blends faith, innovative financial strategies, and institutional design to secure sustainable, long-term funding. As the visionary behind the Fund’s groundbreaking church-partnership model, Maxie harnesses the power of local churches to discover and empower scholarship recipients.

He also spearheads the creation of Love Wonders Academies, pioneering sustainable, high-quality schools that shape future leaders across the continent. Beyond education, Maxie is a dedicated mentor and leader in youth development, inspiring communities and underserved children through social enterprise initiatives in Kenya.He serves as a Pastor in the Youth Department at Parklands Baptist Church, a vibrant multisite congregation serving over 10,000 members in Nairobi.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in international relations from USIU-Africa and a Master’s in Evangelism and Leadership from the renowned Billy Graham Centre at Wheaton College, IL, USA, Maxie is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Beulah Heights University.


He resides in Nairobi with his wife and daughter, fuelling his passion to transform lives and build lasting legacies.
